I'm looking for a warm tint that resembles an incan. The newer neutral tint offerings from Fenix and Quark seem to be (according to some CPFers) cooler and somewhat on the greenish side. I need recommendations. Price should ideally be in the $50-$100 range, and battery/form factor should be 2xCR123/1x17670 or 18650.

In my limited experience, warms don't really come as close to incans as much as high cri's do. Perhaps you should redirect your search towards those. Though it's a little above you're max price, IMO the Armytek predator cri-90 is really close. Runs on two 123 or 18650 batteries, but can be quite te chore to program.

What you need:

- Solarforce L2 host
- "Generic Warm White Beam 1 Mode LED Drop-in Module (3.7~18V)" from Manafont, SKU 8339
- Some copper tape or aluminum foil for heatsinking

The result turns out to be one of the warmest tinted LED light you will ever see.

A lot of good suggestions in this thread. I am looking into all of them. I will update the thread with whatever light option I end up with.

Thanks again for all the help!
