General rule of thumb: more batteries, better runtime.
But don't simply get the biggest light you can find, try to find one with an output close to what you need. That way you can also maximize the runtime.
Fenix TK60 runs on 110lumens for 40 hours and Niteye 30 runs on 60 lumens for 50 hours.
