help again with pics

Ok i need help with pics again,i need to post some pics of an item, i have the pics in my documents, do i have to upload them to a folder like i did the first time, if so how do i do it, the i also need the http/// whatever, where i put in the name of the pic in order for it to show up in a post

yes ya need to uplaod them to a webspace i use my webspace i get free with my isp. but there are free host to that are just for pics. then i just use a ftp program and upload them
once there uploaded i right clcik pic and clcik proerties to find the url .then use the ubb code here to post them
