why doe's it say under posting permissions that i can't post attachments,no manage attachments box to click to move pics. from iPhoto

Re read the instructions I posted a link to. Attachments have notihng to do with your ability to post an image.

i don't have flickr, Photobucket or Google Picasa web. my photos are in iPhoto

You need to have one if you want to post images. The choice is yours. There are plenty of free hosting services.

Years ago, I'd recommend Image Shack. But they made the process of posting pics. too complicated. Now I use and recommend Photobucket. Simply make a free account, and anyone is ready to go.
