I'm looking for a strobe light that can go up to 15 HZ or so with a frequency adjustment, my understanding is that commercial products only go up to 10 or so due to epilepsy concerns. Is there actually a reasonably priced commercial product (preferably battery operated but mains would be OK) that can do this, or would I be better off putting something together myself, maybe based on a 555 microprocessor. I just need a couple of feet of range so a small LED unit would probably be adequate.
Fast LED mini-strobes?
