Hi guys,

I'm pretty new here, second post.

I don't know much about LEDs, except they are bright, very bright. I have a Fulton MX-991 and don't want to bin it. I love my Fulton and even though it should be retired, I want to resuscitate it and put a LED in it.

Is that possible? Is it easy... Idiot proof?

Thanks.

It all depends on your skill with soldering and some Macgyver for good measure.

Here is one that I did that is still in use today. The only annoying part of this light is the stock switch causes the light to flicker sometimes.

Thanks, but really looking for something that doesn't involve a soldering iron - I don't have one.

I recently upgraded my mini Maglite using a Nitize kit, that's how idiot proof I'd like it.
