Hi, I am relatively new to the flashlight scene. I recently purchased an olight s20r. Recently I purchased another 18650 so that I could have a backup. It is the exact same battery as the one that came with the flashlight. I took the new battery out of the package and put it directly into the flashlight and then charged the battery. Now the battery is stuck. What do I do?

Did it go in smoothly? Can try to shake the light and let a pillow catch the battery.
It worked. For some reason the new battery goes in smoothly but tight whereas the battery that came in the light goes in and out much easier. Like with the old battery the spring prevents it from going all the way in until the cap is screwed on whereas the new battery is tight enough that it holds the spring down.
