What have you found, and what fell in your lap?
Recently my car was broken into and my ashtray stolen,in the morning I found a Mag-Lite in the back seat,it has a number stamped into the metal - D3044440294. Two days later I spotted my ashtray in a bush down the road, got my ashtray back, and my neighbours ashtray. Anyone else had some good scores?

What ever happened to the good old days when thieves stole airbags and catalytic converters?

When a klepto took my tools once upon a time they left a zipper pull that I used on a jacket later.

Seems they kept the flashlight used to break the window.

I found a battery operated (2D cell) strobe light attached to a PVC rod. It was along the road on which I was walking and the end of the PVC rod was broken. It probably broke off of a passing truck.

Too, I found a beat up Maglite Solitaire in a parking lot. The tail cap was missing so the light may have fallen from someone's key ring.

My wife found a 3D cell incan Maglite and brought it home.

However, the flashlight finds have not been as good as the wallets, cell phones, and credit cards I've found while walking.
