I have ordered 25 x 5w white 6500k led smd forward 9v-12v 1050 ma from eBay.

i want to connect them to a driver I already have one with POut 10w, PF > 0.75 THD <151% out 0.35A
and
another DC 18-35v, 650 maMax PF>95%.

Which one can I use and how do I connect, in series or parallel?

9-12v 1050mA is not 5W, it is 10W.

Your 2nd driver will power 3 such led in series.

If you have 25 LEDs rated at 1050ma at ~10v you need a 250W driver. You have a 650ma driver that can't even power 1LED and a 350ma driver that voltage output you haven't listed and wiring drivers in series is not a wise idea especially when they aren't identical.
In other words none of your drivers can properly drive even 1 LED as they are too weak in amperage.

At 650ma not 1050ma which however may be a good idea as too often these LEDs are overrated and will last longer. But often these drivers are rated at higher current output at lower voltage and as the voltage is increased the current drops so at 18v you may get 650ma but at 35v you could only get 325ma as power supply is only able to supply a certain wattage. Basically it means if this is the case then he may only be able to power 1 LED at 650ma and have to resort to using a dropping resistor to lower the 18v to 9-12v range as these LED don't put out less light at lower voltages so at 9v it may not be nearly as bright as 12v. He could get two at 18v-24v and see how bright it is....
