Anyone have experience with the Tenergy Rechargeable 9V 600m Li-ion Battery?

I searched around and didn't see much on this battery. I'm looking for a 9v battery for a telescope dew heater application (https://www.astrosystems.biz/dginst.htm). 6v-18v draws about 3w max power / 0.3amp @ 9v.

I know that HKJ has several reviews on other 9v batteries however the Tenergy is not one of them. I was thinking about purchasing their combo pack with four 9v batteries and a charger. I value the opinions on this Forum.

Thoughts?

PS: Please let's not talk about smoke detectors I think I've read enough about them in the numerous 9v threads around...
