Heh, sorry to reply to my own post but I found a review, but it is of the Nuwai 1 Watt ALX-2611X. From what I can tell they are the same light, just under diff names. I am also assuming that the Sharper Image one is gonna be more expensive.

I saw a sharper image LED light that took 3 AAA's and looked just like the dorcy 1 watt.
It was selling for around $60!!!!!!!!
I'm always carefull now when I look around there, I don't want to get ripped off.

Available for $21.50 here. Has a tactical clickie. Mine are nice and bright (maybe slighly overdriven for one watt).
