This is kind of funny. China is commonly accused of being the world's biggest software and media counterfeiter. But in a twist of fate many end users are being stung after buying fake software maps for the GPS units in their cars. They are all getting lost in Shanghai!

Sometimes, counterfeiting just goes a little bit too far..

Have you ever heard of them making fake eggs? Yup, fake eggs. Gelatin and some gypsum for the shell. Ridiculous. But it didn't backfire as badly as when they made fake baby formula, and kids started dying of malnutrition since there was nothing of any food value in that fake formula. Yup, sometimes it goes just a little bit too far.
