Is it hard to tell if the KL4 is running in regulation or not?
I am using one with a E1L body and a CR123A and its looks bright.
I switch between the one cell and the 2 cell body and I cannot easily tell a difference in brightness.
I have a simple multimeter is there anyway to tell what voltage is required to run in regulation? Possibly check the resistance of the head?
