hi - the dude from batterieswholesale.com is in Queensland Australia - I've spoken to him about this (I think his name was Vincent), he will do Aero 3500mah 1/2D packs very cheaply. The calls themselves are $3.50 each and he only charges about $0.50 to wrap them into a stick. from time to time he gets 4000mah cells too which are $5.50ea - I think this would be the best way to go.
