kl4+rcr2+mce2s HELP

I have a Kl4 running on an aleph cr2 body, rcr2 battery, and mce2s switch. Lately it has been acting sketchy. I will go to turn it on and nothing will happen. I can screw the tailcap all the way down and it still won't work. Then if i give it a little shake it comes on. If i keep shaking it it will go on and off. Is this because of space in the power pack? If so how come it hasn't been doing it the whole time i've had it? Help please?

Sounds like something isn't making contact. Take out your McE2s switch and see if the screw is loose. I use loctite on mine to keep it from loosening.

are you using 2xRCR123's? If so that could be your problem... your giving your L4 too much voltage..

if that isn't the case then I would assume that its a defective battery(ies)... I had a 18650 that would do the same thing your discribing in a U2 changed out the battery and it was good as new...
