Interest in a low output LF d26 drop in

The HO-E1R is still in transist; I'm guessing it may arrive late next week. I would think the same bulb powered by a 3400mah 18650 should give 4+ hours of runtime.

Interest in a low output LF d26 drop in

Funny enough, I just ordered a HO-E1R and a Redilast 16650 for an E2E. It's been some time now that I've wished Lumens Factory offered a low lumen D26 3.7V lamp assembly. If he's willing to do a run, I'll commit to a minimum of five LAs. Please keep us posted. Thanks.

stock incan 6p rechargeable setup for noobs

In my unbored C2, I use a Lumen Factory HO-4 (3.7V, 150 Lumens) powered by a AW 17670 (protected). I've found the HO-4 to be just slightly brighter than the P60 and the battery is reported to last 50-60min. Also as mentioned above, two cell (9V) options are available. I have a number of...

Where's the Malkoff Valiant 2xAA Little Twisty??

I see the Malkoff Valiant 2xAA Little Twisty is not longer listed at Malkoff Devices - yet the 1xCR123 & 2xCR123 are still there. I've searched & I haven't found any mention of this but does anyone know if this product is discontinued or being revamped?

Throwers for close range - the better option outdoors?

I prefer throwers, especially optics/TIRs, for handheld outdoor use. I like having the "reach" provided by a tight, but not necessarily powerful, beam. An intense, tight beam that can reach into the shallows, overcome ambient light, and penetrate at depth; whether it be foliage, rain, doorways...

    Unhappy with Surefire beam pattern

I can't answer your question but I look forward to the replies as, I'm in a similar situation with a recently purchased EL2 AA, except the hotspot sits off-centered on the edge of the cornea. I'm not sure whether to return the light or accept it as "the nature of the beast".
