skyraider, I just saw this and I've had the EA4 for a week or so: Fantastic, thorough review. Thanks for posting! I really like this light.
Probably good advice, Ralph. It took 8 months or so for the Mini Maglite Pro to start appearing at retail. However, ZBattery is showing it in stock right not online.
My Home Depot has MiniMaglite Pro on display at the front for $22.88, available in black, Red, Blue and Gunmetal. Gander Mountain has the black MM Pro for $24.95 in the Flashlight section.

I use my lights mainly for night riding (bicycle) and unfortunately the season has pretty much passed so I'm not using the light as much as I'd like to. I do use my L2N for around the house and I'm not really noticing a lot of difference in the finish from the L2P. It really is a nice...

Very dark grey almost looks black unless you view in good light. the matte finish is flawless and feels great in hand. I swapped out a reverse clicky switch with an old L2, prefer that over the forward clicky. The new U2 XM-L is very bright.
Just one. My first LED flashlight and still a favorite around the house: L2D Premium Q5. Still in perfect condition, looks great, good performer.
I'll own another one, really like the TK41.
Like most newbies, when I got into this hobby and specifically into Li-Ion torches, I looked for and bought the highest capacity cheapest batteries I could find. Turned out at the time it was UF3000 mAh cells. I now know through reading and experience that these are total crap. I have 6 of them...
