Nitecore EA8 (XM-L U2, 8xAA) Review: RUNTIMES, BEAMSHOTS, VIDEO and more!

Totally disappointed with EA8, I knew about the almost identical lumen, but I thought I would find some more flooding differences. Yes, more flood but not enough to justify having it, if you already have the EA4. Donmich

    Sunwayman D40 (4AA) brighter than Nitecore EA4 and EA8!!

Thanks! Excellent chart. It looks that the EA8 is the leading thrower of the bunch... DonMich

    Sunwayman D40 (4AA) brighter than Nitecore EA4 and EA8!!

Dear friends: I bought a D40 for my brother's birthday and for my surprise I found that this mini giant was brighter than my two EAs. I recommend this little flashlight which used just 4AA. I used 4 eneloop NimH batteries. (Sorry if this is an old finding) DonMich

Powerful Flood Flashlight: Nitecore TM-26, Jetbeam DDR30 and Thrunite TN-30

Thanks to reply... Yes your math about the ***Fire is almost exact...that 15000 lumens could reach 3000L as much.... Stupid me..I thought that having EIGHT 18650s might reach at least 5000...but no...that was not the case... Strange is the fact that I got it last week for US$75 and then it...

    Are UltraFire Flashlights any good?

To the OP: The "Fire" group are all from the same manufacturer....Are they any good? YES and NOT. My Trustfire C8 1000 lumens XML-T6 has been terrific...Yesterday I bought a Trustfire 15000 lumens (stupid me! I know) which uses EIGHT 18650 believing that perhaps I might have at least 5000...

Does anybody have tested the Trustfire XML-T6 15000 lumens? I did.

It is so...but with this 15000 Trustfire I was tented to get it since it used EIGHT 18650 batteries so...I pulled the trigger.... It wasn't bad but I may assure you that it might reach 2-3000 lumens as much. It is heavy, not that big...and I got it at Amazon for just US$75 so, not too much...

Does anybody have tested the Trustfire XML-T6 15000 lumens? I did.

Friends: I tested the Trustfire 15000 lumens. By no way I consider it has more than 3500L as much. Compared with Tiny Monster T26 and Jetbeam DDR30 it looks like a dwarf. Much, much dimmer and less floody. I truly consider it a throw flashlight. I don't consider it is a "fiasco" but by no way...

Powerful Flood Flashlight: Nitecore TM-26, Jetbeam DDR30 and Thrunite TN-30

Are you people agree that in term of powerful flood that would be the order? That was my conclusion last night testing my beasts...taking into account that all of them have more or less the same lumen . By the way, my new "Trustfire 15000 lumen" did not even get the lumens of the TN30!! It has...
