    I have a Myo5 and I like it. It think the main advantage of 5 over 3 is that the 5 is regulated. I just wish the main lamp is a luxeon though.

    #243 arrive @Ottawa/Canada on xmas eve. How cool is that . As I unscrewed the head, the lense dropped on the table (2-4 inches) and chipped a little bit. It's not seriouc but I would like to know where can I buy replacement lense? Excellent light.

    Re: Arc 4 and rechargeable 123\'s? I use protected cell in my ARC4 and it works very well. I don't have that sudden darkness usually assocated with the protected cell. The ARC4 seems to know when to reduce output so the cell will out be "overloaded" and shut down.

    My second set also has a one short and one long cell. The short one wouldn't charge until I put a wade of aluminum onto the end of it. This hack is also needed to get it to run in my ARC4.

    because now when you give someone an ARC, you can say that "you can't just go and buy this thing. Keep it by your side, it will always be there and functional when you need it". It's a perfect line to say to a girl whose supposedly understand that you want to replace "it" by "me" .

    Why do rechargeable lithiums only last a year or two? The one in my laptop (2 year old now) is still going strong. I must admit that I use the battery around once a month, other than that, I just take the battery out and leave it in the bag (lighter laptop). So it's not all about the length...
