    How many lumens does it take to REALLY mess up an attacker?

    Of course I would not rely on a flashlight for defense, but just how many lumens does it take to really, painfully knock out somebody's night vision? I'm thinking of a 500lumen weapon light..got a 120lumen surefire that is not bright enough.

    Digilight NT9 opinions?

    Anybody have a review of the Digilight NT9? Seems like an ideal light for EDC with a defensive slant. 175 Lumens for 35 minutes and a rechargable battery...cant see anything wrong with it?! 175 lumens is BRIGHT for such a small package. http://www.digilightusa.com/Catalog/product-detail.asp?pid=13
