    These are all some very interesting ideas! I have just gotten word from on high that a clip IS planned for the ezAA. It will be designed similar to that of the L0D and arc AAA clips. While not as elaborate as others mentioned here it is still effective and time tested. Trevor 4Sevens Team

    Impressive! It even looks like the structural shape of the clip will overcome any softness of the aluminum. Is this true? It looks fairly rigid. You are going to make 5 more right and give them to the first 5 posters on this thread right?

    There is a bit of hollowness in the tail which causes noise to resonate there.

    GREAT PICTURES STEVE! Is there a place I could aquire more high quality versions of them? I had a great weekend as I am sure everyone else did as well. Some great lights were shown and with the cabin the rain didnt hurt things that much!

    Yes. I will bring my air cannon. Its been sitting dormant in my car since last year actually. :P I'll have to remeber to grab some glowsticks to put in it. Its really spectactular with 4 of those coming out the end! ... pvc so it should still be safe... dont think its been weakened by the cold...

    Nothing to worry about. Thats just how the led is and does not affect performance! I will admit upon getting my first cree I had this same question. :P Those xr-e just look so different :D

    This is exactly correct. If screwed too far in the space in the threads allows the outer ring in the head to contact for a split second. Obviously the default it goes back to in general mode is low. You may want to screw the head out a bit more. This has never been a problem for me, though...

    Re: Fenix EO1 Inperfections 5mm LEDs do not rely on reflected light from the sides so much as light focused through the dome on the front so I wouldn't worry about depth.
