    I have used Xtar 2600mAh cells in my single cell flashlights for long time. Ordered probably over 30 of them, yet to discover a single dud in them. Solid performers BUT they are pretty long in size. If used in 2 x 18650 lights, make sure first, you can fir 2 of them in one light ;)

    Yes, interesting indeed. Has this driver-issue been discussed here in other threads? Battery on my sample was full. Just to report, that now the H51 is completely dead. No light whatsoever :(

    Too lazy to make another thread, so here goes: Bought H51 for brother _13_ months ago. It´s somewhat busted now. Cleaned the threads, tailcap connection, + connection from driver. It gives me: H1 and if cycled, faint and flickering maybe something between L and M. That´s all modes it has now...

    Hi! Are there any options for High CRI LED at around 4500K? I´m a bit noob on these high CRI´s, so would like to try one. I know I don´t like warmish tints but high CRI with a bit higher temp could be just right for me. Planning to make a low output dropin, perhaps, so output is not so important.

    -Do you have fresh full battery? -If you are not using Eneloops, you won´t probably get the most out of it. -Try cleaning surfaces between battery positive & head, battery negative & tail + tailcap & body. This helped for me!

    Solarforce L2P battery died, now it won't come on at all

    I have had one bad driver in Solarforce R5 low voltage dropin. I used very depleted 3 x AAA when it shut down. I upgraded (or downgraded) driver to "AK-47" one to drive R5 at only 1A, suits very well for me since it has high PWM frequency and does not heat much at all :) Also: lower low :)
