This is an odd thread, if you delete the light and battery you have..... I want a small that is the biggest which makes little sense. You need to specify either the light size, or the battery size/range otherwise someone could say there is a AAA twisty that is very small.... or a thin walled 26650.

i have and love the sofirn i do wish it did not have rough edges , i love small things that stll carry a lot. im having trouble explaing what i means. but ill try i like small lights that are not much bigger then there battery

What he is asking for is the most compact light for a given battery size. My guess is 21700. I recently saw a review by cutlerylover and he showed off the Thrunite TS2 which is basically just a plastic sleeve for a 21700 battery, and the sleeve isnt even necessary. Not really a proper flashlight but I thought wow thats small.

Lumintop FW3A. 2800 lumens and just 93mm long. Most of my lights use the 18650 battery and this light is only 28mm longer than the battery itself. I have it in copper for better heat transfer. They also make an FW4X that puts out 3150 lumens and is the same length.

You prefer reflectors or optics on a light?, as I think reflectors can add size.
Plus side clickies are longer than tail clickies I believe.

Brighter lights also need to have more metal mass to them for heatsinking if you want to sustain the output for long making them larger/bigger.

Zebralight sc64 LE and h502c. Super lightweight and small, its amazing the electronics they fit with the reflector and LED in there. I'm pretty sure the newer ones are even more compact. Yet they have good efficiency and a huge range of brightness levels. The 502c is still my favorite ever light and I use it every day either as a headlamp or just general edc

No Zebralights in your collection? 18650 light = 92.5 mm.

"Smallest light with the biggest battery?" Doesn't sound right to me.

The bigger the battery the thinner the light host concerned; the bigger the battery the more energy it packs. When something nasty really happens with the battery, the flashlight host probably won't survive, and becomes some sort of pocket explosive instead (at the extremes). Not good indeed.
