Better headlight bulbs for 2010 Subaru Forester?

...and 7+ years later I'm still driving my 2010 Subaru Forester. Sorry for dusting this thread off but its time for Hi & Lo beam bulbs again, and was wondering what you would recommend in 2019? The Silver Star Ultra's (9005 & H11) seem to be the only decent bulbs I can find locally, is there something better these days available online?

The Philips X-treme Vision +100 is the best H11. For high beams you'd want to put Toshiba HIR1 bulbs (with base tab trimmed like this). Your lamps are about a decade old and could easily be at or past end of life (lens haze, reflector degradation); if so, genuine Subaru lamps are a whole lot better than any of the aftermarket junk. And make sure the lamps are aimed correctly -- they don't necessarily come that way from the factory, and they don't stay that way over years/miles.
