Where can i find clear tiny or small key chains that i can fill with glow powder?

if you mean the tiny vial type check ebay there are some good choices for that also in bead craft stuff

How about clear vinyl tubing from the hardware store? Cap it or plug it and then fabricate the carrier. There's a ton of pic threads for people doing this with trit vials.

Same problem, same solution? Reading the warnings of GITD powder vendors, many GITD powders must be protected and sealed from moisture or it'll weaken the glow. Then you wouldn't be the Master any more.
