I was at a picnic and someone there had what looked like a disposable lighter, the ones with the long neck for starting fireplaces or grills. Anyway he clicked it on and it had a pencil torch shooting out the end. I was chasing a child at the time, anyone know who makes those or where to get them?

A place in need of light.
When you say the long neck disposable ones, like the ones with triggers? Because we have one called the Scipto Wind resistant lighter. It's just like one of those cheap candle lighters but with a orange butane "torch" flame. http://www.thisnext.com/item/EFA33D7D/Scripto-Wind-Resistant-Utility

I ended up getting one a stiletto lighter. It works great but not the lighter I saw. The stiletto has a pencil flame with a "regular" flame as well. It works great and it's a keeper, but not what I saw.

Thanks!

I like the Olympians, they come is all different prices (2.00-50.00$ !) and configurations, but the more expensive ABS models will last nearly forever if not dropped and stomped..there is a non-flexible neck one available for less than this $50. one.. somewhere..it's around $25.00.. http://www.fireplaceguys.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=33
