driver for cbt-140 LED

i m looking for driver for CBT-140 led with PWM dimming. So Driver ic is usefull for me. My specs as follows.
I = 20A (typical)
V = 3.5v (typical)

I have performed one or two searches on the web for a driver capable of producing the necessary current for this led. The trick is to use the word led in the search, so that it narrows down the results to low voltage units. I hope you are not expecting anything that will fit in a normal sized flashlight, such as a maglite. You will only find large block style assembly's that will need to be mounted to something. Good luck finding with pwm dimming. I would like to see your build when you get this led blazing at 20 amps or more.

What PWM frequency do you want to use? What's the supply voltage?

There are several options that will fit in a mag-lite or similar sized light but you did not mention if this is going to be put into a flashlight or use AC power or what.
