This is my EDC. Light compared to some other people, but it is good for me. :grin2:

My Nerd-tactical Gear B-)

(1) Samsonite Delegate II briefcase
(2) Marchon Flexon Glasses
(3) Insulated Kleen Kanteen wrapped in foam and hockey tape
(4) Perfect Digital Watch -- Timex Datalink, discontinued :-(
(5) Perfect Wallet -- Lowepro Santiago "wallet"
(6) Fenix E01 Flashlight
(4) Perfect Pen -- Modified Staedtler Marsmatic 700 with 000 sapphire tip

My pen and my flashlight are attached to the wallet, which is attached to my car keys, which is clipped to my pants. Haven't ever misplaced any of those things since I started doing that. (I used to have my cell-phone velcroed to the wallet, but no one ever calls me, so I keep it in the briefcase now).

Nice setup! Just one question-why use an R2 in a no-throw light?

Thanks! It's not an r2… but a creexpe-1l-d18 I got out of a junk light. It attaches firmly to my cheap energizer headlamp (in my backpack which is pretty much EDC) for close up work in dark AV racks reading wire labels and looking for bad terminations. I like the laziness of placement I can get with its 130degree spread with clipping it to whatever. or hanging from my shirt collar for walking around at night, although it doesn't have a driver, so not enough 'bright' run time for camping/long walks/dependability. I plan on purchasing a zebralight eventually to replace this guy. Its flexible rubberized clip is great. Hold it in your teeth or wrap around whatever.
Also notice the tail of my Quark 123x3 has a cut off piece of the hand strap it ships with, which lets me grip it with my teeth. Making the light much more useful for me when I don't want to dig out my headlamp but need both hands.
