I'd be interested in having one as well. I've currently gone back to a 2 front LED system, but it's always changing as the bug hits me.

The partlists for 3 LEDs + hub dynamo as well as 3 LEDs + bottle dynamo are done. 4 LED hub and 6 LED hub pending.
Here's the current status zipped (Eagle schematic, PCB, BOM, design guide). Some component names have changed vs schematics I have previously published on the forum.
The PCB house will make the first boards this week.

The PCB has arrived:

and been populated:

and fits into the 1 1/8 " steerer tube nicely with some space left:

The PCB has the following issues:
1) Track to anode of SCR burns if the smoothing capacitor is large and the cables are low-impedance.
I will fix the PCB layout.

2) The adjustable resistor touches neighboring components.
Layout fix.

3) The SCR dies when it repeatedly and quickly discharges a large smoothing capacitor.
No fix, as this is not a useful operation mode and fails safe (short). Whoever plans to engage the crowbar frequently, may pick a higher-rated SCR (BOM only) or use long / thin cables to the smoothing capacitor.

4) Solder bridging on the PCB easily happens as it has no solder-resist.
No fix, no issue if soldered with care.

I will correct issues 1 & 2, then order PCBs for CPF members. In a new thread I will ask around how many.

Sorry, don't have plans of selling readily-built PCBs.
I had a few blank ones, but they ran out a long time ago.
The thread you actually want to read is here. It contains links to design files so you can actually order PCBs yourself.
This thread here should R.I.P.
