could i run this off ONE Tenergy RCR123A (3V) and a dummy cell?

The light's max output is roughly 180 lumens (per milky). Yes you could run it off one rcr and a dummy cell. 17670 cells also fit brilliantly. Some users have reported positive results with two RCR123 cells with no explosions. (I won't try that since the driver isn't rated for that much voltage)
I'll ship it with a set of primaries.
