If "number 5200" comes from Opus or LiitoKala charger, then forgot it.

And yes, industry started mass usage of 26650 cells, this is why we see advancements.

If 5200, then forget it, you say....Am I right that you are alluding to obvious mah lies that exceed today's technology? I ignore claims of greater than 3600 in 18650, knowing no one has broken this, and 2600 for imr 18650s. . So, what is a credible 26650 for liion and imr?

In fact, if they bother to lie about capacity, usually they lie big. . They are liers. . So, expect a 1200mah cell and phantom, nonexistent protection.

What I want to deliver is the fact, that both Opus and Liitokala chargers show inflated results, when testing battery capacitance. So if certain cell reports say 5200mah on Opus charger, this means that cell might be anywhere from 4400 to 4900, but never - 5200 :)

Is that "never" supported by a reliable testing or just a personal opinion? :)

It is supported by thousands of reviews/feedbacks/comparisons of these chargers with reference ones :D

My experience with LiitoKala 500 is the normal test mode shows about 98% of the advertised capacity when new. I use only popular name brand batteries like Sony, LG, etc.

This is just my anecdotal evidence based on the 3 LiitoKala 500 charger/analizers I have.
