Has anyone had a flashlight "clicky" switch fail?

If SureFire sold parts I'd buy some and stash them in a parts box for just in case. I have done that with a few brands for the eventual day something does quit.

I have a box with about four extra Malkoff MD tailcaps in it. Seems like a waste of space since they never seem to wear out. Now I just buy spare parts in the form more complete lights. Haha.
