My 2008 Toyota Sequoia is in need of new headlights due to the lens cover starting to haze. I know from past experience that the aftermarket headlights from my Sienna looked good but the 'optics'/reflective surface had the light going everywhere except where it was supposed to be.
I can get a set of new aftermarket headlights for the Sequoia for about $100. I was thinking of using the new clear cover and combining it with the OEM reflective portion of my original headlights vs. $400-$500 for a new set of headlights. Do you think the clear coat of the aftermarket headlights is subpar to the OEM as well? Will I have hazing in 4-5 years vs. 9-10 with the OEM?
Be gentle,
Jon
