Hello, I have just started to use those in my L0D-Q4 and I have a question...

They are (like all rechargable lithiums in AAA format) unprotected.

Down to what voltage can I drive them without risking to overdischarge them??

As long as they rebound to a resting voltage of >3.0V, they will be all right, but it is better to charge them after each use rather than run them right down.

Hej Tusenkonstnär.

I would say, when under load, down to max 3V, RC people say LVC (Low Voltage Cutoff) 3,2V.

Flashlights are not easy to measure under load so if they are 3,7 or so I would recharge them.

This is if you wan't to use your cells over some time, a couple of years or so, if you only want to know when to cut of to avoid fire or explosion you can go for DM:s answer.
