Exactly what is the coating you are using on your torches?

Very military looking, I like it and want to use the same finish.

This is powder coating (untislide and untisparkle). part no I'll rewrite from box and publish.

Are you willing to share more information on the switch? I like the looks of it. You have done a fantastic job.

Its simple :)
Magnets is mounted inside button. Button have stainless steel spring.

Reed switch is inside body.

Then you press button switch income to zone of magnet and it begin to close (on). After release button switch is off.

Reed switch is as smallest as founded. For MaxFlex and fipFlex (taskled.com) driving current is very small.
But if current is higher then you must use biger switch.

Sorry for my English :)

Sorry for my English :)

Your English is fine, there is no need to apologize. I understand how it works but thank you.

In the pictures there appears to be a copper cup with a Teflon liner

Is this a separate piece or part of the light housing?

Is this the bottom side of the switch with the magnet inserted into the center? Or a cover with the center being a separate piece that slides using thumb and spring pressure?

Cheers, most powder coating i have seen looks flat and smooth with a matt or gloss finish, this looks very ruff/gritty????

Its separate part of switch. It decide next tasks:
1. Button is sliding not "metal-metal".
2. Easy sliding of button.
3. bottom part of spring not slide out from center.

This is the bottom side of the button. In center - magnet. May be next picture is mopre understandable:

Thank you for taking the time to clarify that. I got excited thinking you were producing something I need for a non-light related project.

You did give me the idea how to solve the problem so a big thanks! :twothumbs

Excellent job on the light, I am sure it will be a big success.

I love the way you've continued to test, modify and improve your product as you test it.

I wish every light was designed in this manner!

What is the problem to sell it worldwide ? Or is it that too many customers, too little time to manufacture ?
