Exactly what is the coating you are using on your torches?
Very military looking, I like it and want to use the same finish.
This is powder coating (untislide and untisparkle). part no I'll rewrite from box and publish.

Are you willing to share more information on the switch? I like the looks of it. You have done a fantastic job.
Sorry for my English

Cheers, most powder coating i have seen looks flat ans smooth ethie rin a matt or gloss finish, this looks very ruff/gritty????
You sure? I just googled "moire powder coating" and got nothing....
In the pictures there appears to be a copper cup with a Teflon liner
Is this a separate piece or part of the light housing?
Is this the bottom side of the switch with the magnet inserted into the center? Or a cover with the center being a separate piece that slides using thumb and spring pressure?
Thank you for taking the time to clarify that. I got excited thinking you were producing something I need for a non-light related project.
You did give me the idea how to solve the problem so a big thanks! :twothumbs
Excellent job on the light, I am sure it will be a big success.
Next modification for deep diving.
Change lens - 6.5 mm lens.
Change seals of lens - double o-ring between head end lens.
First metall ring is only for block of the lens.
And additional seal of the head (summary 3)
Pressed. 25 atm (analog 250 meters of deth). I am afraid to press more
So, any plans to manufacture and sell this dive light?
Or is it that too many customers, too little time to manufacture ?
