I made modification :) :

Lumenus SST-90 and H6Flex (6.5 A).
Batteries only Sanyo (I have too many problem with Soshain - too different inner resistance and capacity, too many damaged protect boards on a batteries).

Now I want to begin the new project only for diving (Maxlight V2 for sperafishing and modification for diving): SST-90, 2500-3000 Lm, 4-5 hours of work on max. betteries in the canister and few heads).

Hi Max

Great light.

Do I understand correctly that you tried 6.5mm Borofloat lens up to 25atm and it was still ok?
So, your original test where lens cracked at 17atm was with 2mm thick lens?

I use 5mm boro glass 52.5mm diameter and have had to 260 with no problems.

first light (not V2) has double lens, 2x2.00 mm.
Summary 4 mm. Shure that it is not so good as monolens 4 mm but much better then 2 mm.
17 atm is crushpoint on static test.

6.5 mm lens pressed to 25 atm and ok. (Its Static test).

25 atm is not crushpoint for 6.5 mm.

You have greate product!

As I understand, you have used protected soshain and now unprotected sanyo? How do you controll it?

What kind of driver are you going to use with SST-90 for 2500-3000Lm?
