need a 4AA to D adapter

Need a dab of help. Two 14500 batteries leaked in my flashlight pretty well ruining my 4AA to D adapter. Would appreciate anyone letting me know where I can get another one. I have been away a while and my posting and memory skills have deteriorated considerably.
