I bought this about 4 years ago, used it in the field for work, also hunting and even a flood in my home town. Its never missed a beat. The anodising or coating is heavily worn around the bottom and also the sides , it's not a very good quality coating I dont think. Otherwise superb light, no structural issues, good match of lumens to run time. I wish the EC4GT was still around in 1000lumens level( I assume the latest ones are what.....12 million lumens by now lol?) I would buy several more up at the old levels if I could find them.
