Noctigon Meteor M43 Disable blue led when light is off?

Is there a way I can disable the blue LED on the power switch when the light is off? I don't want parasitic drain from this.

I think it's 3clicks and a hold if its constant (click, click, click, click-hold) and 2 clicks and hold if it's in the rgb beacon.
