Here is my newest acquisition. A cool copper xm-l edc. It is a fantastic light and makes good company for my copper pen huh? Now what else is copper and edc-able??? Too bad copper can't hold an edge - a copper knife would be cool.

Nice. I got the same light about a month ago, and its patina is developing nicely -- it almost looks like your pen already!

How do you folks like your copper? Do you let it age, or lacquer it, or polish it up periodically?

I'm planning on letting the patina develop for now. But the copper care instructions that were provided with my pen suggested a mild abrasive like toothpaste to clean the copper to it's original shine. It also said that the clean surfaces allow copper to maintain it's excellent antibacterial properties.

The best looking one IMHO. I really wanted the tungsten one, but I missed out.

Received two of these this week, blasted Ti XML in cool and Brass XML in neutral, the copper Tri-EDC I've had a while.

Will Mac bead blast the Ti for you? I don't see that option on his website. How much does he charge?

Thanks,
eala

I've had a few additions and a handful of subtractions, so it was time to take a new photo.
