Nope, Golden Grain is 190 proof and is used by colleague students to make hunch-a-punch. That's hawiian punch and golden grain.

We have Everclear and Gemclear around here 190Proof, well not around "here" Jonesboro is in a DRY County no booze except in "Private Clubs", The County line is not far about 3 miles or so. Never quite understood how "DRY" really means "WET" if you join a "Private Club" go figure.

Mags, my mother's side of my family lived in Stuttgart for about 15 years at Robinsons Barracks. When I went there about 6 months ago we took a little tour to rehash memories. Unfortunatly, my mom and aunt said that it looks nothing like it used to.

Our standard Wild turkey is only 40%, which is 80 proof i think...... I know sacrelidge. they've even started messing with the JD and dropped it to 38% percent because " its more what the consumer wants......". my backside. nobody asked me, or anybody else i know. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

I'll drink almost anything but if i get to choose, Scotch & Dry anyday. Hmmmmmmm.

I believe you were the one who went into details about the drinking ages. When I put what I did in quotes, I believe you got the wrong idea. I did not plan on having a conversation about what is and is not legal.
