Re: New King

Only XML2 turned out good. The others not so much. XPLs are just like XML2 but harder to focus. XPE2 is pointless. Never mess with this LED again. XPG2 PDT turn out decent but it doesn't throw much more than XML2 while XML2 has a noticeably lumen advantage in this light. I guess the optics is just best for XML2. Final decision tomorrow on this light. I need a break from this light tonight.

Personally, I believe the XPG2 really sparkles when it is sitting behind a reflector. It isn't as amazing when you put it behind an optic. Seems like you've proven that! Great work! :)

Re: New King

Lets see some wall shots before we can do outdoor :)

S1vn XML2 PDT looks very green in the shots but it's not that green in person

Re: New King

Vinh, how much of a boost do these get in terms of lumens?

Re: New King

Do I get first order Vinh?

Boost me with a U4 to start and put that V54 on there! :D I'll send you lights and check that they work before they get to you. But if you don't mind starting on my order and not waiting for my lights to get to you, that would be cool too! :) I really have taken a liking to this S1 for a good solid pocket EDC.

The optic makes a large hot spot which for EDC is great! It's not a flood, but a large hot spot.
