I couldn't see where the two parts mated until I knew where it was.
This certainly tells a lot about the craftsmanship.

I can't choose a fav of the three, jdboy. :candle:
Must be a difference in skin chemistry, I found Mn-Bronze to patina faster and much darker than Al-Bronze.To be honest I'm usually not a fan of smaller lights but the new McRegulus hasn't been out of my pocket since I received it. I'm also noticing that the Mn-Bronze isn't taking a natural patina a quickly as my Al-Bronze light did. This is kinda nice as I like the light straw color of the material.
More info, here ...Hello jdboy
? On your regulus did you change out the
optic to a reflector and curious to who's it is ,
I'd like to try one in my regulus
thanks
nice trio you have

I think it is a McRegulus reflector ^^
@jdboy - what do you think about the McRegulus reflector vs the "naked" TIR optic?
Ultra-close white-wall shot so it isn't the best comparison. Medium spot in the middle, McR-20 on the right.Hope someone can share some beamshots side by side - McRegulus vs Regulus TIR. :candle:

Any chance someone has comparison beamshots for the reflectored Regulus vs a Haiku ?
