It may be the size of the light vs. price. Recently, Torches and Maxblasters have been up for sale-both 2D size, similar pricing.

It's definitely a value decision. Do you value the "sleeper" aspect of a USL or Torch? Or do you value the physical size and runtime of this light. Lumen-wise, they're pretty equivalent. On the other hand this light is regulated whereas the others aren't. Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.
I might just have to keep this one and wait for one of Delgi's 3" heads.
