I had no idea you had to stand there and brush the flakes away like that. Or maybe you're brushing on a cooling fluid?

Yes I'm brushing on coolant. I could have turned on my coolant mister but it needs to be cleaned.

I think it certainly helps people to understand just how much work goes into every single light. Plus all we saw was part of the work involved in the heatsink. Very cool.

Not sure if this would be effective and/or would help with removing particles but it's very cheap... Can't say for sure as I just ordered one... Reviews available on site...

Thanks for the link Vic but I hate using air to blow the chips away as they end up everywhere. I have a vacuum sitting next to me when using the mill. When chips build up a turn it on for a few seconds.
