:twothumbs I would "buy both" F1 and F2 it the LED's were upgraded from last time.

the F2 I have Is my Best drop in period. I EDC mine always, and the few times I have lost It I have been Gutted...(Happily found it again though)

In fact I would probably get 3-4!!

I have an F2...but that can run on 1 cell....dont know if thats bad or not...but Its usually two cells!!

I will have to go back over this thread and see what the F1 does again.

F1 runs on 1 cell.
F2 is buck circuit which is designed to run on 2 cells but it will be happy with 1x17670.

XP-G R5 indeed is a lot brighter than the Rebel. I tried it on the adjustable prototype tower, the result is very promising. It also produces slightly larger and intense hotspot. The downside is the tower needs to be redesigned because the focal length is shorter.

I'd definetly be in for a single cell with an XPG-R5. Will you be doing them??? I have a black HA E1e sitting here just begging for some kinda of upgrade.

You say the results are promising. I'm hoping for more throw. How is it?????

I'd also like a multi-stage driver as well say 3 stage with a low-low.

Hmmm. I thought these were long gone, I didn't realize there was the possibility of some more in the future. I would be very interested in two multi-level modules with really nice warm incandescentish LEDs.

I'd be in for an F1 R2 or an XPG-R5 for my wife's E1E.

Maybe I'll buy an E1E too - in which case it'll be 2.

A couple of levels would suffice for me.

Hopefully there'll be enough interest soon to make it worth your while Koala :)

Hi, I'm a newbie-
Could you answer for me:

Which of your LED drop-ins would be the best for durability to use in an E2D for a weapon-light?

How much would this cost?

Thanks-
David.

I would be interested in a couple of F2's (and possibly an F1). XP-G R5 and high CRI neutral tint Seoul would be great.:hitit:

I'd be in for an F2 R2 or XPG-R5 (or really any decent led drop-in) for my E2E. Thanks!

I'm definately interested in at least one of these, either F1 or F2!

Do you think you'll be making more, koala?
