Got my 2D tube today...FANTASTIC!!! Now I'm hoping Curtis will make a 3D tube, because 3x18650 will give far better performance than 9AA cells!

C'mon Curt, can't be all that hard? Just make the current 2D tubes 65mm longer!

These tubes are awesome! I wonder why people still use AA ni-mh batteries when they can use these with 18650s.

Hi Curtis:

Got the 3D tube today, FANTASTIC! Using it with a WA01331 potted bulb, the beam is now whiter and brighter compared to running 9xAA. So much easier to recharge 3x18650 than 9XAA batteries, also better runtime and better output.
