A DRY will throw ~300 yards for $68



Its not a tight beam though, its a flood.

The 2D Magled will throw 200+ yds. for $15-30 (depending on where or when you buy it).

Even the 3D LED Maglite will throw ~ 360-ish yards for under $30, but its a teeny circle of light with no spill, etc....not very useful for general use. I think 131 lumens, all on a distant target in a teen y patch of tightly focused light.

We were playing with one of the 7G5 V2's at work last night (my day job as a Police Officer), even downtown with all the ambient light we were able to discern the spot on a building at close to 400 yds

The guys were pretty surprised since the SL-20's couldn't even get 100 yds with the street and building lights in the area
