First pic was taken inside a LP-Stage from a ZR315VSD, second pic at it's pinion.

:rock:what flavour and what amp? The 3a works nicely, the around 300lm @100% is plenty useful for most requirements.

1amp at 3000kelvin hit the US border yesterday.

IMG_20180328_201146.jpg

A wee bit of dremel action inside the barrel of an Aviator makes the 350mA 4000kelvin one fit now. A few mils of metal was removed (about as much as a greeting card is thick) with a sanding drum in about a minute. Enough removed where the module easily slides in and out, but only deep enough for said module prevents battery slop.
FYI: The Tana is also a bit too large to fit an EB1c body.

Hey Tana,

I would like 1 "Nichia219B D220 driven by NANJG ROHS-111 (2.8-6V, 700mA, SINGLE MODE, 200 OTF lumens) and BRASS pill:
$80 (total with PayPal fee and international priority/registered airmail shipping)"

Thanks for doing these

Dynamic Duo

Tana style.

Left (bottom) is a 1cell Aviator with a 4k 219B with 350 mA (about 100 lumens) output. Nice SureFire overdriven bulb look with a Tana beam and firmware.
Right (top) is an E2D with a 3k (219C?) with 1 amp for a bit over 300 lumens for a nice pre-xenon incan mimicing beam and Tana firmware.

My single level singLED hit the US! Like the monkey said as he laid his tail on the railroad track, "it won't be long now".

I'll do better pix Tana. I was on the verge of leaving town for a bit but wanted to do some comparisons before I left. They were the proverbial white wall pix in daytime. When things settle down I'll do some after dark photos to show your 3000 looks very similar to a light bulb and how your 4000 is pretty similar to SureFire's over driven bulbs.

Received my SingLED today. Very high quality item and no drama international shipping. If you are on the fence, jump off on the side that says to order one (or two).

Thanks again Tana

^^ Agreed

I'll add a 5000k at some point.

Some after dark beam shots:

IMG_20180428_205347.jpg

First up; spot vs spill
The weird edge is from an E2D head with its deep crenalations. But note how nice that hot spot is. Yet lots of throw, without having a pencil beam/snoot look.

IMG_20180428_205832.jpg

Here it is vs a 1975 2D Kel-Lite with a PR based xenon Maglite bulb.

IMG_20180428_210204.jpg

Warm vs Neutral.
Both are sweet in use day or night. Being they are for E series you get old school light bulb look with a pocket sized light and no filament shadow.

IMG_20180428_210440.jpg

Here it is versus the SureFire bulb.
The blend of spot to spill means no issues with self blinding in close quarters like the light bulb did and the best part... no :poof: for a long, long time.

Get yours today.

Outstanding beamshots, bykfixer... they will help A LOT with when people ask for them... photography is not my perk...

Thanks for the kind words, guys... gotta keep rockin' these good old Surefires...
