It's still not easy cause the part is so small and still a pain.

Maybe hot water or sticking it in the freezer?

Did you decide 3 o'clock or 4500k? That's a tough choice, i love both emitters. This is when it's nice to have duplicates

I hope you can find a way to get the reflector separated

Maybe try a tennis shoe sole and the grippy thing with other hand.

Oh that's a NICE bezel with the tritium. Was that the special run that was made?

The tritium bezel wasn't made by HDS. I forget who made it but I believe they are currently or going to be available.

edit: emarkd beat me to it.

Yeah, emarkd had them made through the little machine shop or whatever the place was called
They were still some available a while ago but not sure what the current status is

So , how are you guys separating the bezels & reflectors?

Well, in the shop I use my teeth, but that gets messy when I'm chewing tobacco. Drives Henry crazy.

I have all my reflectors set up as assemblies. It makes it much easier if I want to move them around, and then I don't have to worry about touching the lens or reflector when I'm swapping them out.

That's a good idea...order a spare bezel to make it complete.

Wonder how the glow reflector would look on one of those trit bezels

Finally got mine installed. Sure is bumpy. The 4500 still seems to have a bit of a hotspot. Final verdict at nightfall

I'm not digging mine. Gonna give it a few more days.

Just feels like it takes too much away. With the reflector, I can dial down indoors. But diffused, I run out of brightness outdoors.
